The following rates are an approximation and representative of weekly maintenance service.  Rates may be more or less, depending on frequency, square footage and number of rooms. Our minimum fee is $100.00. We reserve the right to update or re-negotiate your fee periodically.

Residential Maintenance Cleaning Rates
(up to 2500 sq ft)

How to Approximate Cleaning Time

$100 for 3 hours of home cleaning
[1-2 bedroom residences take at least 3 hours]. This is the minimum fee to visit your home. 

$120 for 4 hours of home cleaning
[3 bedroom residences usually take at least 4 hours]

$140 for 5 hours of home cleaning
[3 bedroom, 2.5 bath residences usually take at least 5 hours]

DEEP CLEANING / FIRST TIME CLEANING RATES ARE DOUBLE THE ABOVE FEES

**Extra time worked will be pro-rated**
